It wouldn’t matter if that was true or not. Nobody operates any gasoline engine at low RPM at interstate speeds.

Hi Jim,
Called Banks,,,they don't have anything to improve torque for the 6.2L. :-/ I'm not opposed to a supercharger (again assuming regular gas) to bump up the torque.
