Based on the engine sizes you mentioned, I am guessing that you are referring to Ford products. Hold on a little longer !
Ford will be introducing a new engine and transmission probably for 2020MY. They should be available late 2019.
The internet rumor mill says the engine will be 7.3L and it will be a 10 speed automatic.These are primarily aimed at the Medium Duty (F650/750) and school bus/motorhome market but should be available in anything that currently has a 6.2L engine.
