Considering moving from Diesel to Gas...talk me out of it?

I am not sure but don't most of these gas trucks have to run midgrade or premium gas? If you do upgrades for more hp I think you will have to for sure. So what is the price of diesel vs midgrade or premium gas? Around here diesel is still cheaper.
