That is probably closest comparison to my combo.
Similar size TC, same traveling speeds, both DRW, but I have RWD.
My 2017 F350 is also lighter due to aluminium bed, but assuming Ford did not improve gas engine between 2013 and 2017, we are comparing 9.2 mpg for gasser and 11.8 mpg for diesel.
Deducting 0.5 for 4WD we can talk 11.3 mpg adjusted for diesel 4WD.
DEF last time I was buying was like 2 bucks and truck just sips it, so its cost +- the same what windshield fluid. ;)
Another set of numbers to compare on paper. :h
