Considering moving from Diesel to Gas...talk me out of it?

I bought my truck new with gas. Did this for multiple reasons: gas engine had more hauling capacity, diesel was about $7K more, the gas had lifetime warranty, and gas is easier to come by.

My hemi hauls that truck camper easily. I live in the PNW where we have mountains and lots of hills. I average about 12 mpg
