converter

I have a 2010 Forest River 31' Salem. The camper stays hooked up on some hunting property most of the year. The only thing running is the refrigerator. This makes working the property comfortable. I noticed the fan on my converter not running. The converter was warm not hot. Do I have reason to be concerned?

    As a test put the converter under a bigger load and see if the fan comes on. My guess would be that the fridge isn't creating a high enough load to require the fan to run.
