Cooking and drinking water

we travel with a full tank of water...we have winds all the time and the trailer seems to travel nicer with a little weight..and when you stop, you can use the tank. I fill the tank up and put a 1/8 of a cup of bleach in it...we do not drink, shower with it. Just wash dishes and hands. We carry 3 5 gallon juggs with us for drinking and for the dogs. The bleach is used for sanitary reasons, to clean its 1/4 cup for 8 gallons..to sanitary I figure 1/8 per 50 gallon should work, so far never have been sick and have been doing this for 10 years.
