There is about a teaspoon at a time that leaks. It does this only once every few weeks that's why I haven't had to add any.
The service manager at the dealer contacted the regional service rep and they said they have not seen this particular problem with this vehicle before. The service manager was a tech there for many years before becoming service manager so he understands the problem.
The overflow tank cap is a simple plastic cap with a hose coming off the top of it for overflow. The overflow bottle is fed at the bottom from the radiator. If there is overflow I don't know why it's coming out of the cap and onto the top of the bottle instead of coming out the hose. There shouldn't be an overflow situation anyway that makes the level overflow the container..
