Anything 18V or higher will work! Make sure to gat the adapters to use with the right size socket. They sell a 3 pack, 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2". Makes doing things around the house easier too.
Someone mentioned an impact driver. These are unnecessary for the scissor jacks and could potentially damage something from the hammering they weren't designed for! Steady turning is what they need and what a driver drill will offer.
