We looked a many TT's before buying. As mentioned some were well built and some were so bad we ran away.
After a while we decided on a particular TT that was built well enough that we wouldn't have to spend time making 'reverse' modifications aka fixing the manufacturers flaws. We were OK with some lesser-than-desired items knowing we were going to personalize it by making our own modifications.
A clear example of this is the shower. Some of the showers we looked at needed help the minute they left the factory.
Since we are remodelers we could (and wanted to) handle certain things. The choice is individual.
