I would normally say NO.
Remember the old "pressed wood" weighs more than solid wood
or plywood.
The only way to evaluate quality is really knowing the materials used.
Then you still do not know about training and assembly.
There should be hints, in seeing the craftsmanship used in building
or the lack of it.
Are joints tight or are there gaps and putty?
Is the finish even or spotty / runny?
Do things feel tight or loose?
Does the floor feel solid for springy?
Get past the eye candy and look deep.
