I'm headed to hardware store to get cotter pins to repack my wheel bearings. Does anyone know the typical size cotter pin used for the castle nut? I'm at work right now and don't have access to campe...

Honestly if the bearings are adjusted correctly there is no turning force on the nut. Unless you destroy the original you can probably get away with reusing it.
