Cougar versus Aerolite is there really any difference?

I'm in the market for a new TT around 7000 pounds shipping weight with rear living, king sized bed and around 30 ft in length. I've come across Cougar and Aerolite and wanted non-biased opinions of both. I'm needing good advice as how to tell which one to purchase or should I be looking at other brands.

    We own an 2011 Dutchmen Aerolite and love it until the roof had a leak this summer but we failed to get on the roof (to big a fall risk for us) or have our dealer check it out for a year and a half. I got scared when I saw a Facebook page that warned people of the quality of any trailer made by Thor Industries which the Aerolite and Cougar are made.
    There are claims about warranty work not being honored to poor customer service.
    I am wondering how many people out there do not have issues with these trailers?

    I would find every make and model that I could that fit my floorplan needs. There probably is not that much build quality difference.
