We just bought a single larger sink to replace the original twin mini-sinks ... those standard double sinks in RV are way too small ... SO, we use a small dish tub on the counter then stack rinse into the single sink. Takes minutes ...
We both cook, and we don't do elaborate meals, but it sure doesn't take a double sink to wash and rinse a couple dishes and pots. AND, you can't fit anything is each side in those doubles. We can fit a full frying pan in our single stainless ... 13"x18" - 9" deep.
Matter of fact, we just renovated our kitchen in our home and put a single farmer's sink instead of dual stainless. Would not go back to dual sink for any reason ...
