Counter weight for added back storage area/deck

We recently purchased this travel trailer, that had this back storage area on it. We use it to carry firewood and misc things.. My husband was changing the tires and laying underneath the trailer ...

Since your opinion of a "balanced" TT may be different from the person who added the cement, load it the way you think it should be or as it came from the manufacturer and try it.

People do a lot of strange thing to "improve" their TT.
