Couple of questions on exterior maintenance
Hello Guys, I have a couple of issues I could use some help with. First, a few years ago I did the exterior restoration process using the ZEP floor coating. Unfortunately I haven't re-applied it like I should and now it looks terrible and I need to redo it from scratch.
After doing an exhaustive search on here I've been unable to find the thread that told how to do this. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find that procedure? My second problem is my roof. The white coating is flaking off now to the point that my roof is primarily gray. I'd like to find a coating product I can use to restore this and delay having to replace the roof. I found something at Home Depot called Tropic something that sounded good but I thought I'd check on here where the experts are. Any recommendations on a good roof coating?
