Until recently, we had a Starcraft Launch 21FBS. (I believe the model is now called the Starcraft Launch Outfitter, but same trailers.) Very similar trailer to the Coachman 192RBS. We now have a Winnebago 5th Wheel. So far we have been happy with the quality of the Winnebago, so I think you would be pretty happy with that.
I've been in the Winnie you are looking at and my impression is that, for being just about the same size, it feels more crowded than either the Coachman or the Starcraft. I think that is due in large part because the bathroom in the Winnie appears quite a big bigger than either the Starcraft or Coachman, but that of course takes space away from your living area.
One big advantage the Coachman has over either the Starcraft or the Winnebago is that the bed in the Coachman is a full length queen where the Starcraft and the Winnie have a short queen. (You can get or make bolsters to put at the head of the bed to make it full length if you want.) The Winnie has a nice storage unit in the bathroom, but I think overall the Coachman would win in terms of more usable storage, particularly in the kitchen area. I believe the Starcraft is a little less in terms of water storage than the other two. Also notice the television placement in each trailer. In the Coachman and the Starcraft, you sit across from the TV. In the Winnie, you are sitting to the side of it, which means having to turn your head to look at it. All of them have jack-knife style sofas...not very comfortable in the long run. Would never have another one of those.
It's not an easy process deciding which trailer to choose -- so many factors. But in the end, the floor plan you choose goes a long way toward your ultimate happiness with the trailer. Be sure it's something you can be comfortable in for the long haul -- especially on those days when it's hard to expand outdoors due to weather conditions or whatever.
