Crack in fiberglass bath floor?

You SURE it's fiberglass? If it's fiberglass standard fiberglass repair techniques will work. Rough it up. Epoxy and fiberglass cloth for a patch. Sand and paint. Like fixing a Corvette.

Mine was some molded plastic. NOTHING would stick to it.

Exact replacement pan not available. "May fit" pan cost around $300.

Raised floor under pan poorly supported. That's why it cracked.

I tore it all out and fit a modified $40 laundry sink in its place. Been using it 3 years now. Works awesome.

I have a 2004 815. We too have never used the shower. There is a access panel that you can remove to see under the shower pan. The pan can be reinforced from underneath and then repaired. As built it flexes too much.

Five of my six RVs had showers. The only time I ever used one was just a couple of months ago in my newest MH.

A lot depends on where the crack is and if the shower was actually used. As far as the repair goes, my Avion had a cracked shower pan and I did all the removal and had my fiberglass guy reinforce it underneath to my specifications and repaint it. The price wasn't too bad, but most of the work is in the removal and reinstallation. I'm glad that I did it myself so I know what was done to it.

Does the 815 have a gray tank or does the shower water drain into the black tank ?
Is this the type of holding tank set up you want ?

Its a little tough trying to analyze something without viewing it.

Expensive ? its going to depend if they did in fact use the shower causing damage to the structure below. Lance shower pans cracking could be a recurring problem with various models.

Some shower pans crack when weight is applied. Some are not supported enough.
As far as fixing it....you are going to have to support it from below to stop it from flexing when you stand inside the pan. Nothing that I know of is going to hold up if the 'fix' is allowed to flex . It will crack again.

Assuming he really didn't use the shower, there shouldn't be any water leak issues under the shower. Do you plan on using the shower ?
I had the same crack in the shower floor issue in a 97 Class C. My son fixed the crack with epoxy or whatever, but after someone used it the fix held up but another crack appeared.
He has been an RV tech for many years and ended up replacing the shower pan. It only cost me a little over $100. for the replacement pan which was at or at least somewhere near dealer cost. So it's relatively inexpensive for the part but can be quite labor intensive to have someone replace it for you.

Assuming he's telling the truth about any water going through it, could you not use that tape (forget the name) that some here have recommended for roof resealing? Seems to me if it'll keep the roof leak free then it might work in the shower.
