Cracked Torklift Mount - Disappointed

Not insulted or feel bashed, I have thicker skin than that but I guess I have higher expectations of a company that flaunts a Lifetime Warranty then denies. Just state a set amount of years like most warranties and I wont have false expectations that these are the holy grail and that they're willing to absorb the cost of replacement due to a failure in its intended use environment. Do I like them, yes. Are the the best system out there at this time, I would say yes in my opinion. Are they lifetime warranty caliber, maybe in certain environments or with constant refinishing but not the one that broke in my case apparently. This is a principal thing for me, new one is only about $150. I find warranties are generally like insurance, first the claim denial then the fight to get what was originally offered at point of sale.
