Crank style Roof lift system requires physical assistance

There are a couple of different lift systems so not sure if yours is the same as ours was, but we had a couple of grease fittings underneath that once we greased it, it became much easier to crank.
Also the one we had you could upgrade to an electric lift. I never did since it was like $400, but might be worth looking into.
