I did as you suggested and just put the floor jack under from the drivers side and it was a piece of cake. All weight off the suspension in a heartbeat. My truck is kept in the shop on a concrete floor so it couldn't be easier.

Made this ole Illinois Corn field dirt farmer kid look up what cribbing means for RVs... First I thought it was what crabs do when they walk... I guess that would be called crabbing...

After reading all of that google search info I don't think I still know what the word cribbing is haha... Pretty sure you are not storing corn in a crib...

Just maybe I can add another new word to my list of usable words. I'm probably just a little over 100 words now at age 75... I'll try it out on Mamabear and get ready to get smacked perhaps

These sure are a lot great idea's. It's funny I didn't think of the floor jack as I use it every time I load the TC. I lift the truck up at hitch so I can turn my lower quick connect stable loads in.
With the camper on it will be a long way to the hitch. The jack stands or 4x6 on end are probably what I will end up going with unless I can easily access that hitch some how.

I like that car jack stand idea when stabilizing. I'd be scared to use them for loading/unloading.

We use ( car jack stands ) they are adjustable, easy to assemble and we carry them with us to use while traveling and use every time we park to help with rocking in the wind.
