Congrats on your new trailer! Starcraft has excellent customer support, a phone call to headquarters is about all that's needed and you should get a voice on the end of the line instead of a menu and and a voice mail center (unless things have radically changed in the last couple of years).
I hope you get the kind of longevity of my Starcraft--the Hilton will be 44 years old, this year. If walls could talk....;)
