For the way you want to use it the AR-One and the related Jayco SLX lines should be fine. They are lightly built and make equipment compromises (window A/Cs, minimum size and capacity for refrigerator and heater) to reach that weight and price point.
I've seen a buyer who thought this would work for extended living (snowbirding) come up disappointed when they tried to use it that way. The complaint is here somewhere, TT or Beginner forum). But the equipment standard is no different from pop-ups or A-frames and those also get extended use. Just a question of what are your expectations.
