Great info, thank you. To answer the question, it's negative camber. Tops of the tires pointing inward with axle sagging.
You're welcome (assuming you mean me).
If you have an out of camber condition all the time, you have something damaged or perhaps incorrectly fabricated by the manufacturer. If it's only happening during turns, that's another thing altogether. I can't stress enough how helpful it would be to go to a shop to get your frame and suspension inspected in detail. Doesn't cost much either. If you do this, I would use a shop that is certified in some manner, not just any old shop. The higher their qualifications, the better and you want one that isn't afraid to report things the way they really are. Think of it in terms of being an expert witness report with nothing overlooked. If the shop determines that the problem is due to substandard design, I doubt that the manufacturer would want the details of a report getting on the internet and on such a new TT.
There is one type of frame used on a few makes and models of TTs that have a "fabricated" I-beam made from 3 pieces of 1/8" sheet steel welded together and *look* like a standard I-beam. These frames flex a LOT. If you happen to have one of these, that is part of the problem right there.
A good frame shop can recommend some remedial work to strengthen things up if that's what is needed, but on a new unit, I doubt the factory would approve work that would compromise the warranty. Even if remedial work were to be done, the frame would never be like it should have been in the first place. You shouldn't be having to pay for anything either.
Some close up photos of your frame and suspension might help.
Yes sir, you indeed. I shot off a reply to LCI basically just letting them know their first offer isn't good enough.
I'll work to get pics, but may take a few days. I'll start looking for a shop to do an inspection but thus far havent found anyone worth it..
