1st year ownership of my '15 Powerstroke and fuel gelled up. Spoke w/ dealer and they had 3-4 already and suggested I stop by their sister dealership (Lincoln--no HD trucks but will work on them) as I was next door to them VS 15 miles from dealer. They got me right in and came back w/ the diagnose of gelled fuel. Advised me that it was going to be something like 350-400 bucks to install new filter. I asked if the filter was made out of gold? Filter was like 150 bucks they told me. Told them, nope, I'll do it myself. Paid them 100 bucks for their time and drove it home, called NAPA and got one for 85 bucks. Checked w/ place in NJ where I got filters before, 50 bucks.
BTW, doing the filters 1st time too about an hour, Now down to 30 minutes.
