Bottom line, don't use OE fuel filter. This is one area Dodge screwed the pooch on the Cummins trucks there are better options that are safer for your injectors, but at 150k if stock filtration, injectors are likely about done for anyway.
Yes I agree, but I thought MOPAR improved the filtration for the 5.9 common rail.
