I bought a Gates belt from Geno's Garage. Had planned on getting the hoses and T-stat from them as well. Why would Cummins or anybody need the engine number for the T-stat? Geno's has the thermostat with seals for $16.95. It looks just like pictures I've seen of an OEM thermostat.
I buy a lot from Genos. There is no comparison in the looks of the Gates VS Cummins at stat.
