AH64ID the issue is the Carter pump was never designed pull fuel more then three feet MAX. So they will not last much longer then 80,000 miles in a short SWB truck or 50,000 miles in a LWB truck.
Take you truck to the dealer if it has less then 100K on it and they will install the in tank pump no charge. If you have more then 100K I would order on of these and install it. Airdog 100
