I ordered the replacement from Geno's. An yes it mounted where the Oem came off. So I did mount it on the fuel filter canister. Is there a problem with that???
They are just very prone to failure, the in-tank retro fit is much more reliable.
That's because in 2004.5 they mounted them in the tank.
