I should mention I got the 68RFE trans with 3.42 rear end.
I apparently suck at starting threads because my last two have been killed off. Maybe third times the charm.
Lead footed does NOT make good MPG!
What speed/RPM do you tow at?????
And WHY do you 'think' you need cetane booster/additive?
I don't have a CTD 6.7L
I have a CTD 5.9L with the 4 seed 48RE and 4:10 rear end
Non towing.......avg 15 mixed driving---18 hwy/70 MH
Towing 14K 13'4" 5th wheel........10-11 at 62 MPH
