All the models you listed new would be $20-25k plus TTL around here. That Jayco 32BHDS can be had new 2014 custom order for about $22k for example. A Primetime Lacrosse 318 is $24k as is Outback 312.
Have you compared to some of the west coast companies? Outdoors RV and Northwoods Mfg?
I have seen a few trailers from the midwest online and received a few quotes. The prices are better, but shipping is going to be $2300 and then I still need to pay tax. That puts it still cheaper than AZ, but not enough to buy sight unseen. I may end up seeing if I can special order from back there.
The only Northwoods that was close was an Artic Fox 31D, but it sold before I got to see it. I have not seen any Outdoors RV trailers and I don't see any with the floorplan I am looking for on their website. Closest I can see is the Creekside 31KQBS, but I don't want the second slide on the campsite side, I want a second door to the bathroom, and I don't think I want an outdoor kitchen in the front of the RV. That model looks pretty nice, but not exactly what I am looking for.
