Don't brother with anything above the truck cab. All it will do is polish away the paint. The cab cannot support anything. Mine cannot even support high pressure wind without oilcanning. Besides, if your camper is hitting the cab you need to add spacers in the bed.
For the one at the rear slider you could just buy some soft foam padding and cut out your own.
