You need to do a bit more research for your questions. For instance, you would never be able to find or make an RV, meeting your conditions, that would be able to be towed by a SUV. In general, most SUV's do not make good tow vehicles. Hence your question does not make much sense.
In one of your earlier questions, you left out probably the most popular of tailgaiting RV's - the motorhome. Any vehicle that is used for RVing is considered an RV. That includes travel trailers, pop-up trailers, hybrid trailers, class B motorhomes, Class C motorhomes, Class A motorhomes. In other words, some of the terms you used are incorrect and could be confusing which would skew your results.
