The absolute last thing we need would be government intervention. Government regulations are rarely more than an excuse to expand the tax base.
Rant on Give me a break. or for your intellect, give me a brake? From the government I have protection for my patents granted. From the government I have expectation of travel with my camper and expectation that you will have travel with your camper or tow vehicle across these United States. I will have access to the Federal Lands and Federal Parks and expect that I will be protected by Federal Employees. These are people paid through my taxes, freely given after all legal exemptions that I might employ. If you are not satisfied with your government then become active in its life. This one line inanity is a sad reflection on all the opportunities you might employ. How about complaining about specifics of the Senate not...the Congress doing...The Supremes, (not the 60's songstresses) making rulings that amount to new laws?

How about trying to eliminate measles, how about controlling listeria, how about pure food and drug laws, how about interstate highways? Whoops, that requires taxes and we don't want that. Fuel taxes not changed for at least a decade, fuel consumption reduced by several %/year for a decade, costs of maintenance increasing for a decade, my RV being beaten up by poor roads for a decade.
yes your probably right the current government will probably only expand the tax base to include my grand children, their children and their great grandchildren to offset the failure of our generations to pay for our expenditures of the present, one war in the middle east paid for off line, several tax reductions concurrent with the off line charges of the mideast war. If we did not put up with the tax and spend government then we would not be concerned with the cost of eggs increasing because we would not have to deal with the knowledge of the liability potential of contaminated eggs. Nothing better than a little ignorance to increase the population in our hospitals. You want to speak ignorance without specifics please continue, one or both of us will be placed on suspension but I will not ignore such reprehensible speech without response.
