Dangerous TV/TT/hitch combo - so hard to bite my lip

I would just say to the owners (It looks like you need a weight distribution hitch ). If they seem receptive to the comment I would visit further with him on the subject. If not receptive to the comment you may have at least planted a seed for him to think about.

It does not have to be confrontational.
