I would do this in the reverse order so that you know what it was.
My last CEL was for MAF/MAP. The light only came on after 2 sequential failed “tests” which only run under higher rpm, full throttle. It took hauling a load and a couple hours on the road followed by a gas stop to set it. Once cleared it stayed off for a trip or 2 before coming on again. If the tests “pass” the light will go back out on its own.
