OK Bill, good deal. Its either that or two sets of cables to make the reach, that's what i have, only because i already had two HD sets.
If you think time will be an issue. I just got a second opinion to back my long winded theory. lol
I was told to remove the pos/neg on the downed battery and connect the jumper cables to them from the rv battery. Start the truck and then connect the OEM leads back onto the battery without losing contact, the trucks alt. will take care of the rest as you drive.
This will get you going faster than waiting the honda to charge a dead batt at 8 amps, but either way should work.
