I'd bet that the fine print indicates that if you miss a year bringing it in for $99 the warranty becomes void. If you sell the TT I doubt it would carry over. Does the dealer warranty cover parts AND labor?
If the local dealer does good work and it is a TT that I could live with, I'd go with him less the warranty.
However, that opinion might change if other CW stores would honor the original CW warranty.
Yes, I believe the warranty does become void if you miss an inspection. It is included with all of the RVs from this particular dealer though, so it isn't an extra purchase with the RV. Thanks for the tip about the definition of "lifetime" though. We will be sure to ask about that!
