Do yourselves a huge favor, quit looking at new. The chances that you will keep or use it long enough to pay off the loan are really small. Trying to sell or trade after a year or two will cost you a lot of money. Instead start looking at used in the 3-5 year old range. RVs are depreciating assets, menaning hnless you keep them until the wheels fall off you guaranteed will loose money.
We have discussed new vs used already and while we understand that they do depreciate, we feel that going with a new model is best for us and our circumstances. I appreciate the feedback, though!
