I have not, but only because I can't fuel in the truck lanes. Unfortunately, the truck fuel nozzles do not fit my Canyon. If I could, I would when convenient.
I usually need a DEF fill with each oil change, so I include that with oil change supplies. I usually keep a 2.5 gal jug in the garage with my other consumable supplies (just in case).
While the fuel nozzles may not fit your truck, the DEF nozzle will. It's about the same size as a unleaded gas nozzle. I get my DEF at major chain truck stops and no problem with it.
Yes, I am sure they will fit and I could hit up a truck stop between home and work if needed (with a slight change in route). I have considered it, just not done it.
I used the truck lanes often for fueling my 2009 3500 before going seasonal. Had that truck required DEF, I definitely would have used those bulk supplies.
I guess the point of my rambling is that you should use what ever works for you. The bulk supplies at truck stops are certainly fresher (and probably cheaper). If you are new to needing DEF, you should see a pattern of need pretty quickly.
For me any my little Canyon, it is not very often and not a problem at all. I think I use more washer fluid than DEF :) - IdaDExplorer

Does anyone get their def from flying j or Pilot for their Dodge truck (I have a 3500 Ram 2018)?
I like to get it at the pump because it fills the tank all the way up. Sometimes I'll use a jug of the cheap stuff from Walmart in a pinch, though. It's all API certified so it's the same stuff. - ShinerBockExplorerThe truck stops sell it for a lot less too.

Yes, all the time. No issues at all.
X2^^. What truck you have doesn't make any difference, though. Major truck stops are good sources of DEF. This is because they pump such volumes of the stuff for the big rigs it's always fresh. You have to be careful about checking the dates on the DEF you buy in jugs at Walmart and parts stores.
