DEF Warning in F350

This particular truck only had 11k miles on it. It was deemed defective from the get go. Have not seen or heard of any more failing AND it was news to to the helpline when asked if it was a common failure and what else to look for.
The only major problem I have seen on the 6.7 is complete engine failure on early build 2011 6.7 (first 6 months production) Failure is caused by glow plug element breaking off and bouncing around inside the cylinder. Some chunks have even gone through the turbo causing turbo failure as well. I have put engines In roughly 8 trucks. Ford updated the plugs after learning of the failures.
