Has anyone noted the added cost of having a new truck with the DEF fluid? Is it a PITA to have to monitor the fluid? Is everything automatic? I am looking to get a new or newer truck to replace my...

I was worried about the DEF thing, but it's not the PITA I thought it would be. I'm coming up on 15k mi and I just put my third fill in (2.5 ga, tank holds 5). Buy a jug at the auto parts store and keep it in the back. Not a big deal, not that expensive. I've spent a total of 30 minutes between buying/filling in almost 18 mos of owning my diesel, and maybe $60, not a big deal.
