A friend just recently reported grease in all the brakes of a new TT also. Wonder if something systematic is going on here.
It absolutely should be covered under warrantee. My Creekside had over-greased brakes. I initially assumed an overzealous worker over-greased them at ORV, but actually toured the factory last month and saw that the axle come fully assembled ready to mount.
Regardless, ORV paid to have the brakes pulled apart and fully cleaned to get me on the road fora trip, and when I got back they replaced all 4 brake assemblies completely, as cleaning them does not remove all the grease embedded in the linings. All of this was covered under warranty. They only hassle was waiting a few days for approval because they got super busy (ORV is now on a 1-year wait time for new trailers!).
