Gil, I would have thought that by now, you would have realized that you must do any and all work yourself. There is little chance that the hubs will be inspected, greased, assembled and adjusted correctly with no damage by disinterested parties.
I have had seals destroyed, contaminated grease used, wrong cotter pins used, wheel studs stripped and lug nuts at less than half tightened. All this done by PA inspection stations as required by law. My last truck inspection resulted in a destroyed hub cap and the wheels torqued to 70 rather than the 140 required. These suckers will kill you in the name of safety.
