Being Canadian, the original poster may not receive much interest from a US Federal government agency.
That may be, but KZ is an American company based in Indiana. It doesn't matter what country your are from, if you purchased an RV manufactured in the USA, you can file a complaint with this form. If enough people file a complaint and a trend is noted, then an investigation and recall is possible. If people don't report possible safety problems, then nothing will be done. It takes less than five minutes to fill out and submit the form.
