To into it KNOWING what you are willing to pay and stick to your guns. There are lots of dealers and lots of trucks for sale! Don't act like you could give a chit if you go home with that truck or not. Be ready to walk away.
Rule of thumb $10-12k off sticker. I don't care what the incentives, programs etc are. Dlr can figure out how to make the numbers work.
