Thanks for your replies. Much appreciated. Bucky, doubt they can find the truck someplace. It's a very rare bird that I'm looking for and I don't have any issue at all waiting for a factory build to get exactly what I want regarding powertrain, color, interior and truck options. If I'm paying that kind of money, I'm not willing to compromise on any of it.
As far as the price fluctuation language, the reason for concern is that the local dealers will absolutly lock in the price and gurantee that I will not pay one dime more and could pay less if the current rebates in effect today are increased by the time the truck comes in. The Dillion price is about 4 grand lower than the locals so maybe that is the cushion the locals are using. However, what's the sense of travelling 2200 miles out to Dillion if when I get there, their price has now risen to what I can get locally ? That's my issue and concern.
