Depth of 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500
Hi I got a new 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 & the dealer told me that the bed box was 3-4" deeper than my 2007 1/2 Chevy Silverado 2500,Anybody know the different,I don't have my truck anymore so not sur...

Those bed rail have gotten progressively taller over the years. Just look at any PU 10 or more years back, and i bet you will find the new bed rails 5 or more inches taller today. Thus if you have an older fiver, and are looking for a new ride, you will not be able to pull your older fiver as the bed rail are to tall. Just go out and measure you fivers snout, then the truck rail. do you have that 4 to 6 inch difference? I bet not. And when you go to a 4X4, it is even worse.
