Designing and Building Your Own Travel Trailer

As a former shipfitter in the US Navy, I admire your metal work and welding skills! It seems to me that you could use the nose cone that you made as a mold to make your own fiberglass nose piece. I've never done this, but have seen results of something similar - nose cones of fast attack submarines to be exact.

My other question is about if you have considered/calculated the finished weight of your project and if the tires have enough load capacity.
