Thank you for the suggestion. I took a course on how to make fiberglass molding so I am somewhat familiar with the process. However, after taking the class, I found out that I don't want to work with fiberglass. It's icky! I'd rather leave it to the professional where they would have appropriate protection to work with fiberglass. So, I am in contact with the local shops. As for insulation, since the frame is mostly made with 1 1/2" Aluminum square tubes, I am using 1 1/2" Styrofoam insulation sheets from the local Home Depot. It works great! The design is intended for both dry camping and full hookup CG. I plan to have Genset that will be fully enclosed, sound insulated with forced air cooling. I borrowed the idea from the yacht design. There will be no noise. I can run the Genset without bothering my nearest neighbor.
